Freelance Software Engineer

This role is central to launching a transformative spiritual and wellness movement focused on guiding individuals back to their true life path. As the technical lead, you will architect and manage the digital infrastructure for a 28-day "Vision Correction" course, ensuring a seamless and engaging online experience for participants. You will work closely with raw content—ranging from written materials and voice notes to video assets—to build a cohesive curriculum within SamCart and Circle. Your expertise will help shape the digital presence of the movement, support community engagement, and facilitate the delivery of high-quality educational content. A passion for authenticity, meditation, and nature-based healing is essential to align with the movement’s mission. Deliverables

• Build and structure the 28-day online curriculum in SamCart and Circle, integrating multimedia content for an optimal student journey.
• Set up and manage email automation, lead magnets, and onboarding sequences using email service providers.
• Format and design PDF workbooks and course materials using Canva or InDesign.
• Schedule, post, and manage social media content across major platforms to support course engagement and community growth.
• Oversee the live session calendar, ensuring timely communication and smooth event execution.
• Collaborate with content creators and video editors to ensure all materials are integrated and accessible.
• Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues, providing ongoing support throughout the course duration.

Requirements

• Proven experience with SamCart, Circle, and major email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign).
• Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe InDesign for document and workbook formatting.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple digital assets and timelines.
• Experience managing social media scheduling and content posting tools.
• Ability to translate raw content into structured, user-friendly digital experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Alignment with values of authenticity, meditation, and nature-based healing.
• Availability for ongoing collaboration and potential follow-up projects.
