Digital Marketing – Paid Media, Healthcare

This role is ideal for a results-driven digital marketing professional with a passion for healthcare and wellness. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Reddit. The position offers the opportunity to work remotely on a contract-to-hire basis, with the potential to transition from part-time to full-time as the brand grows. You will play a key role in generating high-quality leads for telehealth and wellness services, collaborating with creative teams, and ensuring all campaigns adhere to healthcare advertising regulations. This is a growth-oriented position, with the potential to expand into organic marketing and leadership responsibilities as the company scales. Deliverables

• Develop, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Reddit
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and lead generation
• Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and present actionable insights
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad content and landing pages
• Ensure compliance with healthcare advertising standards and regulations
• Contribute to the development of overall marketing strategy, including organic and social media initiatives
• Support the transition to a leadership role as the brand expands

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of hands-on paid media management experience, preferably in healthcare, medspa, or telehealth sectors
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Reddit Ads platforms
• Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign tracking, reporting, and ROI analysis
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset
• Familiarity with healthcare advertising compliance and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced startup environment
• Willingness to grow into a leadership role as the company scales
