Digital Marketing – Fertility Startup

Join a dynamic startup male fertility clinic based in Manchester, dedicated to providing straightforward testing pathways for male patients. This role focuses on managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok, with a primary objective of increasing sales while maintaining a strong return on ad spend. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth through data-driven strategies and hands-on campaign management. Deliverables

• Develop, launch, and optimize Search and P-Max campaigns on Google Ads.
• Manage Advantage+ shopping campaigns on Meta platforms.
• Execute creative testing and Spark Ads on TikTok to maximize engagement and conversions.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to achieve sales targets and ROI goals.
• Implement and oversee first-party data tracking, including CAPI and server-side conversions.
• Prepare and present 1-2 relevant case studies demonstrating successful sales growth in similar roles.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok.
• Strong proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and first-party data tracking solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in Search, P-Max, and Advantage+ shopping campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with creative testing and Spark Ads on TikTok.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for performance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present case studies.
• Based in the UK or able to work within UK time zones.
• Availability for a single project with potential for follow-up work.
