This role focuses on supporting the international expansion of a UK-based virtual CBT therapy clinic by developing culturally sensitive lead generation strategies and building referral and affiliate partnerships in Saudi Arabia and similar markets. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in international marketing and localisation to connect the clinic with English-speaking expats, executives, and professionals seeking confidential therapy services. The position requires a nuanced understanding of cultural sensitivities and the ability to identify and engage high-quality partners who can facilitate access to the target audience. The role does not involve generic social media posting or diagnosis-led advertising, but rather strategic outreach and partnership development. Deliverables
- Research and identify high-potential international markets for virtual CBT therapy, with an initial focus on Saudi Arabia and other relevant regions.
- Build and maintain a structured outreach database of potential referral and affiliate partners, including expat community managers, HR and wellbeing contacts, executive coaches, and professional networking groups.
- Source and verify decision-maker contact information, such as names, emails, and LinkedIn profiles.
- Draft and adapt culturally relevant outreach messages for email and LinkedIn, ensuring sensitivity to local norms and expectations.
- Recommend the most effective local platforms, directories, and communities for partnership opportunities.
- Support and track outreach campaigns, monitor responses, and manage follow-ups to maximise conversion opportunities.
- Provide regular progress updates and insights on market testing and partner engagement outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in international lead generation, market-entry strategy, or partnership development, ideally within the health, wellness, or professional services sectors.
- Strong understanding of cultural localisation, particularly in the context of the Middle East and expat communities.
- Excellent research and analytical skills to identify and evaluate potential partners and market opportunities.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, culturally appropriate outreach messages.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and CRM/database management.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and deliver results within agreed timelines.
- Sensitivity to mental health topics and an understanding of ethical marketing practices.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
