Location: Remote (United States only)
Job Type: Independent Contractor (No insurance, PTO, & benefits; candidate will be responsible for any tax and insurance, business trips will be reimbursed)
Salary Range: $150,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year

We are seeking a Sr. Manager in Ecosystem Business Development to lead efforts in securing high-impact business partnerships, driving co-marketing collaborations, and expanding TRON’s global presence. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to execute initiatives that amplify TRON’s market influence and ecosystem growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with blockchain projects, fintech companies, enterprises, and industry leaders to strengthen TRON’s ecosystem.
- Establish co-branding and ecosystem partnerships that drive user adoption, enhance TRON’s market positioning, and create long-term value.
- Lead negotiations and structure deals to secure impactful collaborations aligned with TRON’s business and growth strategy.
Co-Marketing & Brand Collaborations
- Develop and execute co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners, leveraging joint campaigns, content collaborations, and digital activations to enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee marketing partnerships to ensure brand alignment, messaging consistency, and maximum engagement across global markets.
- Work closely with internal marketing, design, and content teams to develop compelling storytelling and promotional materials for partnership campaigns.
Ecosystem Growth & Industry Engagement
- Build relationships with developers, institutional players, and ecosystem partners to expand TRON’s adoption and influence in the blockchain space.
- Represent TRON at industry conferences, networking events, and strategic forums to showcase TRON’s ecosystem value proposition.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new partnership opportunities and emerging trends in blockchain and fintech.
Stakeholder Management & Execution
- Act as the key liaison between TRON and its partners, ensuring seamless communication, collaboration, and alignment on joint initiatives.
- Manage the execution of partnership agreements, ensuring that marketing activations, integrations, and business collaborations meet defined objectives.
- Track and analyze partnership performance, using data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives and maximize ROI.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: 2-4 years in partnerships, business development, or co-marketing roles, ideally in blockchain, fintech, or tech industries.
- Strategic & Analytical: Ability to identify high-value partnership opportunities, negotiate deals, and drive measurable business impact.
- Marketing-Savvy: Strong understanding of brand collaborations, digital marketing strategies, and co-marketing campaign execution.
- Exceptional Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
- Results-Driven & Proactive: A self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Passionate About Blockchain: Deep interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3 innovation, with a vision for their transformative impact.
- Willing to Travel: Open to attending industry events, partner meetings, and networking opportunities as needed.
