About the Role:

We're looking for a Social Media and Influencer Specialist who gets it—someone who grew up digital and knows how to turn social engagement into real revenue. You'll be the driving force behind our multi-brand presence, using data to optimize what's working, and pivot what's not.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media strategy, can analyze performance metrics like a pro, and has the writing chops to match our brand voice. You'll build and scale our influencer program by identifying authentic brand advocates and connecting them with our Partnerstack partnership opportunities.

If you're data-obsessed, creatively minded, and know how to spot industry influencers who move the needle, we want to talk. You'll be managing social media to promote our world-class IT learning suite across multiple channels, ultimately turning digital presence into tangible results aligned with the Company’s revenue goals. We can’t wait to celebrate the impact you’ll make in this role (via virtual happy hour, of course. This is a fully remote position.)

What You’ll Be Doing:-Manage social and community channels with authenticity and reliability, including LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.

  • Develop and execute strategies to build and grow an engaged online community around our brands.
  • Generate compelling and relevant content to drive community engagement, including social media content, blog posts, video shorts, company website and landing pages, podcast, emails and newsletters.
  • Leverage HubSpot to manage the social calendar in alignment with overall content strategy for INE and INE Security brands in partnership with the Content Marketing Manager.
  • Oversee social media channels to facilitate conversations, monitor interactions, and address conflicts with community members to maintain a supportive environment.
  • Partner with internal SMEs to moderate community conversations.
  • Create, test, and monitor social media content on our global channels to support marketing promotions, increase awareness of our courses and certifications, and increase our follower base.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the success of community initiatives, including branded social channels, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Create an FAQ response program for digital communities.

-Lead External Partnership, Referral, and Internal Advocacy programs

  • Source, vet, onboard, and build long-term relationships with industry thought-leaders and content creators aligned with the brand’s voice and values
  • Lead and expand the influencer marketing program, with metrics driven results focused on customer acquisition, revenue generation, and ROI
  • Leverage Partnerstack platform to oversee influencer requests/approvals, activities, distribute assets, and track and analyze performance metrics
  • Develop and execute comprehensive influencer outreach campaigns across multiple social media platforms
  • Build and maintain a database of potential influencers segmented by niche, audience demographics, and performance history

-Data Analysis and Strategy

  • Collect and synthesize feedback to improve products, services, and marketing strategies.
  • Track and analyze KPIs for revenue-driven program success, study the analytics of the strategy, and adjust as necessary.
  • Partner with Digital Marketing Director to track and analyze SEO and user engagement data to provide effective solutions for content optimization and improved web traffic.

Currently in your career, you have:

  • Proven success growing accounts organically across all major social networks
  • Ideally 3+ years’ social media marketing experience (writing and editing content, scheduling posts, responding to posts, and tracking metrics)
  • Exceptional social media writing skills with a technical emphasis
  • Strong knowledge of social content best practices, especially short-form video and trend adaptation
  • Clear understanding of analytics and how to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and project management skills - you keep things organized and moving
  • A collaborative spirit and solution-focused mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A). with an emphasis in Marketing preferred
  • Tools you’ve definitely used: PartnerStack, HubSpot
  • Tools you may have used: Sprout Social, HootSuite, Later, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with B2B marketing and/or cybersecurity products/services is a plus
  • Familiarity with paid social boosting and how it supports organic reach
  • Experience with social listening tools and sentiment analysis
