Our proprietary platform helps brands understand exactly how their advertising is working, from first impression to final purchase.

As we scale rapidly, we’re building a high-performance media buying team and expanding globally. We’re currently in the process of setting up our new offices in Dubai, and some travel will be required. For the right candidate, we’re open to full relocation support.

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role for someone who thrives in performance-driven environments and wants to help shape the future of digital advertising.

What You’ll Do:

As a Programmatic Media Buyer, you’ll play a key role in launching, managing, and optimising campaigns. You’ll be hands-on in DSPS and collaborate closely with our data, creative, and client teams to drive real performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Set up, launch, and manage programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPS , or others (we’ll train you).
  • Optimisation: Monitor and optimise toward KPIs like ROAS, CPM, CTR, CPC, and CPA.
  • Audience Targeting: Leverage 1st- and 3rd-party data to test and refine audience strategies.
  • Funnels: evaluate clients' funnels and make recommendations on what we know works.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with designers to test ad formats, A/B versions, and dynamic creatives.
  • Data Analysis: Extract insights from dashboards, reports, and platform data to improve results.
  • Innovation: Try new strategies, platforms, and partners to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Feed insights back to account managers and clients to inform broader campaign strategy.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in media buying or performance marketing.
  • Worked with mobile DSP's
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of attribution models and marketing funnels.
