The Opportunity
This is a flexible, self-employed opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to business owners, building relationships, and opening doors.
You will support Tootle Works by identifying suitable prospects, creating new conversations, introducing potential clients, and helping us grow our pipeline for SEO and digital marketing services.
This is not an employed position. You will operate as an independent consultant, managing your own time, working methods, and approach to generating opportunities.
What You’ll Be Helping With
You may support Tootle Works by:
- Identifying potential business clients who may benefit from marketing, SEO, website, or digital support
- Building relationships with local businesses, decision-makers, and professional contacts
- Creating introductions and new business opportunities
- Booking discovery calls or meetings with suitable prospects
- Supporting follow-up activity where appropriate
- Keeping a simple record of opportunities, conversations, and progress
- Representing Tootle Works professionally and positively in the market
You will have flexibility over how you deliver these outcomes, provided all activity is professional, lawful, and aligned with our brand values.

Self-Employed Basis
This is a self-employed contractor opportunity.
The successful consultant will:
- Be responsible for their own tax, National Insurance, insurance, and business expenses
- Invoice Tootle Works in line with agreed payment terms
- Decide how, when, and where they carry out their activity
- Be free to work with other clients, provided there is no conflict of interest
- Not be entitled to employee benefits such as holiday pay, sick pay, pension contributions, or statutory employment benefits
- Not be guaranteed ongoing work
- Be engaged under agreed commercial terms
Commercial targets, brand expectations, and desired outcomes may be agreed, but the consultant will remain responsible for managing their own approach.
Payment
This opportunity is expected to be commission-based, with terms agreed in advance.
Depending on experience and the arrangement agreed, this may include:
- Commission on successful introductions
- Commission on converted clients
- Project or campaign-based fees
- Performance-based incentives
