What You’ll Be Doing
- Connecting with new audiences through digital marketing and online platforms
- Engaging with individuals who have expressed interest in our personal development and leadership programs
- Sharing approved information and guiding qualified individuals through our proven programs
- Managing follow-up, conversations, and scheduling using established digital systems and CRM processes
- Maintaining accurate records and professional standards within established workflows
- Investing in your own personal development and leadership education
- Managing your own schedule and performance goals within a flexible, remote model
- Participating in regular mentorship and ongoing training online and in person
What’s On Offer
- A 99% work from anywhere with a laptop, phone and internet connection with occasional with several online meetings, and occasional in person meetings, dictated by your location.
- Time Flexibility – a minimum of 15 hours per week is required, but can be full-time hours

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You
- Have experience in digital media marketing and enjoy talking to people
- OR have experience in business development, education, training, coaching, consulting, customer service or sales and are social media savvy
- Have strong communication and people skills and enjoy guiding others
- Want to transition from traditional roles to flexible, remote work
- Are confident working independently and taking ownership of your workflow and outcomes
- Are organised, professional, and able to follow structured processes and frameworks
- Are open to learning and applying modern digital tools to support your productivity
