ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for a highly creative and self-directed Social Media Content Creator to lead the development and execution of social media content across Three Wishes TikTok & Instagram accounts. This is a junior-level role that blends strategy, production, and visual storytelling. You’ll own the end-to-end process, from concepting and shooting to editing, publishing, and copywriting while working closely day to day with the marketing team.

• Plan, film, edit, and post TikTok and Instagram content (Reels, Stories, Posts).
• Produce UGC-style content that showcases products in a natural, relatable way.
• Identify and adapt trending sounds, formats, memes, and cultural moments to align with brand voice.
• Concept, shoot, and edit original photo and video content for social, campaigns, digital ads, and product drops.
• Help manage the social content calendar, including production timelines and publishing schedules.
• Attend and capture behind-the-scenes content at events, photoshoots, and activations.
• Monitor social, pop culture, and entertainment trends to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Track content performance and adapt strategy based on analytics and business goals.
• Maintain and organize a clean asset library of imagery and video for internal and external use.
• Participate proactively in content strategy discussions, contributing fresh, data-driven insights to continuously evolve our creative direction.
