Associate Producer Contract 12 months RemoteWhat We Need The Sports Production team at our client is seeking an Associate Producer to support development and live operations across multiple AAA sports franchises, including PGA TOUR and WWE. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Production, Product Management, Analytics, and Studio teams to coordinate day-to-day operations, track milestones, manage builds, and ensure smooth delivery of updates and live service content. You’ll play a key role in organizing production workflows, supporting communication across cross-functional groups, and helping to deliver exceptional player experiences. This position is ideal for someone passionate about games, highly organized, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative production environment. What You Will Do

  • Production Support: Assist Producers in planning, scheduling, and tracking production tasks across multiple game titles, ensuring deliverables remain on time and aligned with project goals.
  • Live Operations: Coordinate post-launch updates, seasonal content drops, and live events with internal and external partners to keep players engaged and drive retention.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a communication bridge between studios, QA, Marketing, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment on milestones, content plans, and build readiness.
  • Project Tracking: Maintain project documentation, risk logs, build notes, and release checklists; support milestone reviews and submission readiness.
  • Quality Assurance: Partner with QA to ensure timely testing, feedback loops, and defect tracking; help validate and verify builds before release.
  • Asset and Submission Management: Organize and distribute materials such as trailers, screenshots, build files, and patch notes to stakeholders across publishing, studio, and marketing teams.
  • Data & Insights: Support Producers and Product Managers with reporting and live-ops performance insights, helping to inform prioritization and planning decisions.
  • Player Focus: Champion player experience by ensuring that game updates and features deliver quality, stability, and value for our community.

Who We Think Will Be a Great Fit You are a detail-oriented team player who thrives in dynamic, collaborative environments. You’re passionate about games - especially sports titles - and are eager to learn how top-tier live-service products are built, launched, and maintained. You enjoy problem solving, keeping teams organized, and ensuring communication flows smoothly between creative and technical groups. Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in production, project management, or game development (internal or external).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with proven ability to manage complex workflows and competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with live-service or games-as-a-service models and content update cadences.
  • Comfort with tools such as Jira, ShotGrid, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of game development lifecycles, QA processes, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Passion for gaming and knowledge of AAA sports franchises and industry trends.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work effectively across time zones.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Bonus Points:
  • Experience working on mobile game production of sports, live-ops and/or adapting console titles to mobile
  • Familiarity with build pipelines, version control systems, or platform submission processes - particularly Apple and Google
  • Understanding of production methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
