Ideal for someone with a strategic creative mindset to lead our small but brilliant marketing team to launch Think Tenacity Academy Membership Club [Volunteer interview takes place on 18 March via telephone] What difference will you make? In the long term you will be assisting us with the future success of the organisation mission educating and raising awareness free mental health support tackling health inequalities by providing free therapy sessions or Black marginalized communities and Black entrepreneurs. • Senior-level experience in marketing, digital branding strategy
• Understanding of online membership platforms
• Experience working at board or senior management level (trustee experience welcomed but not required)

Hybrid What will you be doing? Working 1-2 days a week from home, this opportunity to suit someone who is willing to hit the ground running using private or public sector leadership experience for social change to play a pivotal role in strategically shaping the marketing launch of Think Tenacity Academy Club by developing a Q1-Q4 marketing strategyWorking from home you will

• Provide marketing strategic oversight for the launch of Think Tenacity Club supporting the senior leadership team and fellow trustees.
• Develop digital brand presence, ensuring our voice, reach, and impact reflects Think Tenacity Academy’s mission to tackle mental health inequalities by providing free, culturally responsive therapy for underserved Black and marginalised communities.
• Work collaboratively with therapy team and marketing volunteers while confidently leading from the front.
