Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and client-focused Digital Account Manager with a strong background in Account Management and a thorough understanding of digital marketing. As a secondary skill, we want to tap into your expertise in social media management. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while effectively coordinating internal team efforts to deliver exceptional results. Your ability to manage relationships and ensure seamless communication between clients and TheOnlineCo. team will be key to success.
While Account Management is the primary focus of this role, you will also bring strategic insight and execution capabilities to enhance clients' social media presence. Your expertise in social media will complement your account management responsibilities, ensuring clients achieve their goals with innovative campaigns and strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:Client Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering positive and productive relationships.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Please respond quickly to client questions and requests, and provide regular updates and reports.
- Organise and lead client meetings, including quarterly reviews, to discuss progress and opportunities.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Look for opportunities to introduce new services to clients that will enhance their marketing abilities
- Coordinate team efforts and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for each project.
Social Media Strategy and Management:
- Provide strategic input on clients' social media campaigns, focusing on branding and messaging initiatives.
- Collaborate with the social media team to develop and execute content strategies that align with client goals.
- Review social media performance reports and provide insights to clients.
- Identify opportunities to enhance clients' social media presence as part of broader account strategies.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to ensure alignment on client objectives and deliverables.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for innovative ideas.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing Account Management with a focus on client relationships.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, EDM, etc) working agency side.
- Able to execute on brand social media campaigns ie content schedules, EDM, LISN
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms as a secondary skill.
- Creative and analytical mindset to contribute to client success
