Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organised, Digital Account Manager who excels in both client management and digital project management.
In this role, you will be the key point of contact for several of our clients, moving beyond simple coordination to become a strategic partner. You will manage their long-term marketing strategy and own the end-to-end delivery of any website projects.

Roles & Responsibilities_1. Account Management & Digital Strategy_
· Primary Liaison: Serve as the strategic lead for your client portfolio, fostering deep partnerships built on trust and performance.
· Strategic Planning: Lead client "Discovery" sessions and quarterly reviews to develop and refine 12-month digital roadmaps.
· Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to introduce new services (SEO, SEM, Automation) that will enhance the client’s bottom line.
· Retention: Monitor client health and satisfaction, ensuring we are always delivering on our "People First" promise.
2. Project Management
· End-to-End Delivery: Lead website projects from initial brief and sitemap development through to design, development, UAT, and launch, as well as other digital marketing projects (eg. Digital brochure design, brand launches)
· Technical Translation: Act as the bridge between the client’s business goals and our technical/creative team, ensuring nothing is "lost in translation."
· Timeline & Budget: Manage project scopes, ensure deadlines are met, and keep stakeholders informed at every milestone.

About You
You are a proactive, detail-oriented professional who doesn't just "check boxes." Instead, you solve problems. You understand the "why" behind a digital campaign as much as the "how." You are comfortable managing a developer one hour and presenting a high-level strategy to a CEO the next.
Requirements
· Agency Experience: 3+ years in a Digital Account Management or Project Management role within an agency.
· Web Project Expertise: Proven experience delivering website projects (WordPress/Shopify etc.) from start to finish.
· Strategic Thinking: Ability to look at data and translate it into a winning digital strategy ideally with a Marketing / Business Degree
· Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills
· Technical Literacy: A strong grasp of the digital landscape, including SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media platforms.
· Remote Fluency: Highly disciplined and organised, capable of thriving in a 100% remote team environment.
