The role

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing & Growth Manager - someone who loves rolling up their sleeves to do the work but also has the strategic lens to spot what will actually move the needle. You’ll own marketing across content, email, SEO and funnel growth, helping us reach more of the founders we serve.

What you’ll be doing

• Helping define the optimum funnel for the business
• Curating and repurposing content across blog, social media, video and email
• Building and segmenting our email list; writing nurture campaigns and event promos
• Developing and executing an SEO strategy to get us to page 1 of Google
• Running our LinkedIn DM strategy as part of the funnel
• Driving attendance at both online and in-person events
• Maintaining a simple KPI dashboard to track what’s working and what’s not

Who you are

• 5 years+ marketing experience, ideally in a small business/startup
• Strong copywriter who can adapt to multiple channels
• Data-literate: you enjoy tracking performance and spotting opportunities
• A do-er who gets things shipped, but with the strategic judgement to prioritise
• Ambitious and curious - you want ownership and the chance to grow fast
• Excited about the world of entrepreneurship
