We work exclusively with events, festivals, and experiences - from nationwide musical theatre tours to 40,000 capacity festivals and 100,000 in person shows.

About You

Do you:

  • Love live events and festivals as much as you love ad performance metrics?
  • Already have at least a year’s experience running paid campaigns in an agency setting?
  • Get excited by ROAS, CTRs and CPCs — and want to keep learning?

If so, this could be your next step.

This is a junior-level role, best suited to someone with 1–2 years of paid media experience who’s looking to build confidence, expand their skills, and grow alongside the agency. You’ll be joining at an exciting time where there’s plenty of opportunity to take on more responsibility as we continue to expand.

The Role

As our Paid Media Executive, you’ll:

  • Support on paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok, with the opportunity to take the lead on some campaigns as you develop.
  • Liaise with clients on specific campaigns, providing updates via Slack/email and assisting with requests and questions.
  • Plan, optimise, and report weekly on campaigns that smash client goals.
  • Work closely with the Senior Paid Media Manager and Founder on campaign builds and strategies
  • Help with dreaming up scroll-stopping ad strategies that fill venues and pack dance floors.
  • Take part in, and occasionally lead, bi-weekly client calls to share performance updates and ideas
  • Work closely with the team to ensure every campaign delivers results that wow our clients.
  • Love data. Data all day long.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 1 year of experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • An understanding of these platforms, best practices, and campaign optimisations.
  • Understanding of tracking.
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to discuss campaigns with clients.
  • Analytical skills that would make a data scientist jealous.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
  • Ability to build strong team and client relationships.
  • Great organisation when managing project timelines internally and externally, including task management (we use Monday.com).
  • A positive, can-do attitude and enjoy chatting about weird random things (bonus points if you’ve got a killer festival playlist).
