We’re looking for a Channel Operations Manager who can manage the day-to-day operations for our ecosystem of sub-brands and channels.

This is a full-time role for a Channel Operations Manager.
Your mission is simple:
👉 Own the day-to-day operations across all social channels
 👉 Keep every team aligned to clear KPIs and output goals
 👉 Make sure nothing falls through the cracks

You will manage multiple social teams, oversee daily execution, track performance, and ensure each channel is operating efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with company goals.

Core Responsibilities:Channel & Team Operations
Oversee day-to-day operations for all sub-social channels, including:
- Podcast distribution & publishing
- Network channels
- Main YouTube channel
- Clips & clipping channels (YouTube, Shorts, Reels)
- Facebook team
- X (Twitter) & Snapchat
- Sub-brands (future verticals we are launching soon in 2026)
Ensure each channel has:
- Clear goals
- Defined KPIs
- Consistent daily execution
KPI Ownership & Performance Tracking
- Build and maintain dashboards to track performance across platforms
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (output, views, CTRs, retention, etc.)
- Identify underperformance early and course-correct quickly
- Hold teams accountable to deliverables and timelines
- Report insights and trends to leadership
Systems, Process & Execution
- Create and refine SOPs for channel workflows
- Ensure publishing schedules are followed precisely
- Standardize communication across teams
- Improve efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks
- Actively spot risks, gaps, or breakdowns before they become problems
Cross-Team Coordination & Communication
- Act as the central point of contact across all social teams
- Coordinate between editors, managers, contractors, and leadership
- Manage day-to-day correspondence related to channel execution
- Ensure priorities are clearly communicated and understood
- Keep leadership informed without overwhelming them
Qualifications
- 3+ years in project management, channel management, or media ops
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, social media management specifically both short and long form content platforms
- Experience managing multiple teams or channels simultaneously
- Extremely KPI-driven and metrics-focused
- Strong systems thinker - you naturally create order
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
- Highly reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Type A personality who enjoys ownership and responsibility
Availability Expectations
- Full-time role, Remote
- Candidates in Austin, TX are also preferred due to the value of occasional in-person collaboration
- Must be responsive during core operating hours
- Occasional off-hours communication depending on launches
Compensation
- Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000/year (depending on experience)
- Paid Time Off available
