The Role:

We’re looking for a Growth Partner to help expand our reach. This is a remote contractor role (part-time or full-time) with full autonomy. You’ll design your own schedule, run growth strategies, and develop valuable skills in leadership, sales, and marketing.

This is a results-focused opportunity: your effort directly drives outcomes, and you’ll have the chance to see the impact of your work in real time.

What You’ll Do:

• Use our structured 3-step marketing approach to drive growth across Australia (with potential to expand into new markets).
• Manage inbound leads and run discovery calls.
• Onboard new customers and help deliver tailored growth plans.
• Attend online training sessions to develop your skills.
• Work directly with the Founder for mentorship and guidance.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Self-starters who thrive outside traditional working structures.
• Big thinkers ready to level up in leadership, sales, and marketing.
• Confident communicators (phone & Zoom).
• Comfortable using online social media and marketing tools.
• Lifelong learners who value personal development and growth.
• Sales or marketing experience is a bonus, but not essential.
