The Fountain Group are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a SearchMarketing Analyst for a prominent client of ours. This position is Fully Remote. Details for the position are as follows: Job Description:
- Pay: $40-$46/hr to start
- Duration: 6-month assignment with potential extension based on performance and budget
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40-hour work week; Fully Remote
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns, including keyword research, copy development, bid strategy, budget allocation, and performance reporting, while identifying test-and-learn opportunities to improve results.
- Collaborate with analytics and cross-channel teams on measurement, tagging, reporting, and SEO/SEM integration, providing insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations for content and campaign optimization.
- Perform day-to-day SEO and on-page content optimizations, support new content initiatives, monitor industry trends and algorithm updates, and leverage automation and AI tools to enhance search performance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma/GED with 4+ years of marketing experience.
- Hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns and SEO initiatives, including planning, execution, optimization, content improvements, and reporting, with knowledge of HTML and SEO-impacting elements.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMRush, BrightEdge, Conductor, etc.) and paid platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Search Ads 360) for keyword research, rank tracking, competitor analysis, and performance measurement.
- Strong analytical skills using web and campaign data (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console), translating insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Awareness of AI developments and their impact on search, applying insights to enhance SEO and SEM strategies.
- Banking Industry is highly preferred.
