Marketing Project Manager (marketing campaigns)

100% remote – any time zone

M-F, 40 hours per week

Duration: 7+ months to start; potential to extend/convert

Pay Rate: $44 per hour W2

• Lead integrated project management for all Spring Launch deliverables, ensuring strategic alignment, clarity of roles, and timely execution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and status trackers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams - including Performance Marketing, Campaigns, Web Experience, Lifecycle Marketing, Customer Marketing, Marketing Operations, Content, and Events - to ensure all launch components are aligned with overall launch message and strategy and are delivered on schedule.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all launch execution updates & reviews, providing regular progress reports to leadership.
• Ensure deliverables meet brand standards, launch objectives, and stakeholder expectations.
• Support post-launch reviews and process documentation to capture learnings and ensure continuity.

Requirements

• Background: 5+ years of marketing experience
• Skills: project management + campaign management + Jira
• Education: BS/BA in marketing degree preferred
• Nice to have: SaaS; Project Management certifications
