Independent Recruitment Consultant 

Remote. Performance-based. Purpose-led.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Connecting professionals with transformational leadership and personal development programs

• Using strategic marketing across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms

• Conducting structured interviews via phone and video (training provided)

• Guiding qualified applicants through Q&A sessions and onboarding

• Mentoring new clients and building lasting relationships

• Engaging in weekly training and development

Who Thrives Here

• Minimum of 5 years in sales, recruitment, education, coaching, or team leadership

• Self-motivated and confident working independently

• Strong communicator across phone, video, and social media
