What You’ll Be Responsible For1. Growth Strategy & Funnel Management

  • Manage and optimize growth funnels for The Ecomm Tribe, AI Sprints, and digital programs
  • Coordinate messaging across all growth channels (email, SMS, landing pages, ads)
  • Ensure brand voice remains consistent: simple, strategic, and empowering
  • Launch segmented campaigns that connect emotionally and convert efficiently

2. Lead Generation & Paid Campaigns

  • Drive qualified leads into our ecosystem through strategic campaigns
  • Manage Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ad performance
  • Track, test, and refine audiences, CTAs, and automations to improve results
  • Use AI tools to expand reach while maintaining personalisation and authenticity

3. Email, SMS & Evergreen Campaigns

  • Manage launch sequences, evergreen nurture flows, and retention communication
  • Use tools like Instantly.ai, Klaviyo, and ConvertKit for email/SMS automation
  • Align campaign execution with monthly and quarterly growth targets

4. Performance Reporting & Iteration

  • Track and report on KPIs: leads, open/click rates, CAC, conversion rates, churn
  • Present insights weekly with recommendations for improvement
  • Lead a fast-feedback loop of testing, learning, and optimising

5. Team Collaboration & Execution

Work cross-functionally with:

  • Digital marketing + customer experience
  • Instagram + content producer
  • SEO + research
  • Visual content and design
  • Help set campaign priorities and ensure coordinated execution across channels
  • Hold collaborators accountable to campaign timelines and KPIs

You Might Be a Fit If You...

  • Think like a marketer and act like an operator
  • Are fluent in tools like Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Airtable, HighLevel, Klaviyo, Instantly.ai, Zapier
  • Have experience with coaching, SaaS, e-commerce, or online education
  • Thrive in fast-moving environments and love being hands-on
  • Are obsessed with conversion, automation, and building growth engines that work
  • Have a passion for AI—you love exploring AI tools, testing new automation, and discovering smarter ways to scale

Trial Engagement

  • Time Commitment: 15 hrs/week
  • Trial Duration: 3 months
  • Reports to: CEO
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Success Metrics: Improved lead quality, higher funnel conversion, increased enrolments

Tools 

  • AI Tools: ChatGPT, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Instantly.ai
  • Funnels/CRM: Klaviyo, GoHighLevel (not currently implemented)
  • Ad Platforms: Meta Ads, Google, LinkedIn
  • Ops & Collab: Slack, Google Drive

What Success Looks Like

  • Email list growth
  • Consistent weekly leads into Ecomm Tribe & AI for Ecomm Club
  • Decreased cost-per-lead, increased conversion rates
  • A well-oiled growth system that scales impact, profit, and time freedom
