The Role: SEO Strategist (Search Atlas Specialist)

As our SEO Strategist, you’ll be the architect of client success in Search Atlas. You’ll be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing holistic SEO campaigns that drive qualified traffic, leads, and revenue.

This is not a “plug keywords into Yoast” role. This is a strategic, high-impact position where you’ll lead full-funnel SEO execution:

What You’ll DoAudits & Analysis

  • Run holistic SEO audits in Search Atlas (technical, content, authority).
  • Diagnose drops, uncover hidden growth levers, and prioritize high-ROI fixes.

Strategy Design

  • Build 6–12 month SEO roadmaps that align with client's business goals.
  • Develop topical maps, semantic clusters, and content blueprints using Content Genius & SCHOLAR.Execution & Optimization
  • Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO improvements.
  • Collaborate with writers, link builders, and account managers to ensure execution matches strategy.
  • Leverage OTTO SEO automation to scale without sacrificing quality.

Data & Reporting

  • Use Search Atlas dashboards to translate SEO data into clear ROI stories for clients.
  • Present strategies and results in business language, not jargon.
  • Adaptability & Innovation
  • Stay ahead of Google’s algorithm updates and adjust strategy proactively.
  • Continually improve processes to make our SEO systems smarter and more scalable.Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Thinks holistically: You understand how technical, content, and authority interact.
  • Is data-driven: You don’t make guesses — you design experiments, validate, and iterate.
  • Understands semantic SEO: You know how to build topical authority, not just rank one keyword.
  • Can communicate like a strategist: You can explain SEO to a business owner in plain English.
  • Thrives in systems: You design repeatable processes, not random one-off hacks.
  • Takes ownership: You don’t wait for instructions; you solve problems.

Required Experience

  • 3+ years in SEO strategy (agency experience strongly preferred).
  • Mandatory to be fluent in Spanish and English
  • Proven ability to design and execute holistic SEO campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Search Atlas (or equivalent enterprise SEO platforms).
  • Strong understanding of semantic SEO, topical authority, and entity optimization.
  • Demonstrated success in tying SEO to business KPIs (conversions, revenue, ROI).
  • Comfortable collaborating with writers, link builders, developers, and client managers.

Nice-to-Have

  • Background in healthcare, dental, or other local service industries.
  • Experience scaling SEO with automation tools.
  • Familiarity with conversion-focused copywriting.
