Your Team
This role reports directly to the CEO and works in close collaboration with our small but mighty team, including a marketing assistant, program coordinator, marketing tech, and membership assistant. Together, we’re building something intentional and enduring.
Position Summary
We’re seeking a Growth & Marketing Operations Manager to connect high-level marketing strategy with seamless, metrics-driven execution. This hybrid role—part growth strategist, part marketing operator—is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes running launches, building funnels, managing paid ads, and optimizing campaigns with a focus on measurable results.
You’ll own the full operational flow of our marketing efforts, from planning and implementation to performance tracking. You’ll manage systems, support cross-platform campaigns, and translate analytics into action. This role is a great fit for someone who’s highly organized, quietly confident, and energized by working with a mission-driven team that values integrity, collaboration, and long-term impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Execution
- Translate business goals into effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and evergreen strategies
- Manage the day-to-day implementation of email, funnel, content, and ad campaigns
- Track marketing KPIs (funnel conversion, list growth, ad performance, etc.) and adjust as needed
- Own the marketing calendar, timelines, and campaign execution with support from the team
- Ensure consistent brand presence across all marketing materials
Live Launch Execution
- Lead planning and execution of 2+ major live launches per year (email, funnel, ads, tech)
- Coordinate all marketing assets and team deliverables using Asana
- Monitor Facebook groups and engage with potential customers during launch weeks
- Follow up on warm leads through emails and occasional phone outreach
Funnel Management & Optimization
- Build and optimize funnels in Kajabi based on performance data
- Oversee marketing automations and workflows (currently in Keap, possibly transitioning to another platform)
- Collaborate on lead magnets, opt-ins, and nurture sequences
Facebook Ads & Paid Traffic
- Plan and manage Meta ad campaigns with clear goals
- Test creative, optimize targeting, and monitor ad metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI, etc.)
- Adjust campaigns based on performance insights and budget alignment
SEO, Content & Visibility
- Support blog, YouTube, and social media strategies to improve organic reach and engagement
- Optimize content for SEO across platforms and repurpose it for maximum visibility
- Collaborate on consistent and strategic social media posting to align with campaigns and audience growth goals
- Identify new visibility opportunities based on performance data, audience trends, and platform insights
Team Communication & Collaboration
- Contribute ideas, insight, and systems to help the team function smoothly
- Maintain SOPs, marketing documentation, and clear internal communication
- Be available for key team meetings and responsive in Slack/Asana
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Funnel Performance – Lead magnet opt-in rates, sales conversion rates, and customer journey flow
- List Growth – Net new subscriber growth and audience segmentation quality
- Email Marketing – Open rates, click-through rates, and unsubscribe metrics across campaigns
- Ad Campaign Results – Cost-per-acquisition (CPA), click-through rate (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and budget efficiency
- Launch Execution – On-time and error-free delivery of live launch assets and team coordination
- Organic Visibility – Growth in SEO traffic and YouTube performance (watch time, reach, subscriber growth)
- Operational Rhythm – Timely Asana task completion, campaign documentation accuracy, and internal team feedback
Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has 3+ years in digital marketing, with hands-on funnel and campaign experience
- Knows your way around Kajabi, Keap (or similar CRM), and Meta Ads
- Is confident in managing projects from start to finish without micro-management
- Understands how to read marketing data and make adjustments accordingly
- Is tech-savvy, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Is a thoughtful communicator and natural collaborator
- Can commit to regular weekly hours and overlap with some AEST working time
- Is deeply aligned with our mission to support maternal and early life nutrition
Bonus skills:
- Background in the health, wellness, or education sectors
- Experience with Canva, YouTube growth, or SEO best practices
Commitment
- 20–25 hours/week to start, with room to grow

- Fully remote (but must have a reliable internet connection + distraction-free work environment)
