We’re hiring a Marketing Manager, CPG to accelerate growth across our direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. If you thrive in founder-led, high-growth environments and love turning brand purpose into performance, this is your next chapter.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full-funnel marketing strategy and execution across email, SMS, paid social, search, affiliate, and influencer channels.
  • Own customer acquisition and retention performance — delivering measurable results in CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Build segmentation and lifecycle programs in Klaviyo / Opensend to grow subscriptions and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with creative and web teams to improve UX, conversion rates, and content performance.
  • Translate brand strategy into launch campaigns, seasonal moments, and storytelling that drive engagement and sales.
  • Manage agencies, budgets, and analytics tools to ensure every campaign moves the business forward.

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years in DTC or performance-driven eCommerce CPG marketing (wellness, beverage, or lifestyle brands preferred).
  • Proven success scaling growth channels with a balance of creative intuition and data fluency.
  • Expertise with Shopify, Klaviyo, Triple Whale, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and thrive in fast-moving founder-led cultures.
  • Passion for wellness, performance, and conscious living.
