The Role

We’re looking for a passionate casual UI/UX Designer to help iterate on the design of our core platform—from intuitive user onboarding workflows to delightful micro-interactions. You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing to design experiences that make real estate agents feel like video pros, without the learning curve.

What You'll Do

• Design intuitive UX for complex AI-powered features (e.g. video editing, AI voice selection, ad templates)
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align user needs with technical feasibility
• Conduct user research and usability testing with real estate agents and marketers
• Create and maintain a design system that scales across web and mobile
• Design marketing-facing assets and help shape the overall visual brand identity
• Stay ahead of design trends in AI, real estate, and content creation platforms

Experience:

• 3–6 years of experience designing digital products (ideally SaaS or content creation tools)
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UI/UX projects, ideally with video, AI, or creative tools
• Fluent in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping), with experience in design systems
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership
• Excellent communicator who thrives on collaboration and feedback
• Curious about AI and excited to shape how people interact with it
• Bonus: Experience in real estate, video platforms, or generative AI tools
