Product Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated APAC Product Associate to join our Employer Product team. In this role, you will assist in developing, launching, and maintaining a product portfolio that meets customer needs across the APAC region, driving revenue and growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, Operations, BDMs, CSMs, and potential vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Employer Product Office in delivering innovative solutions and excellent service for customers.
• Ensure product localization, reliability, and quality across the APAC region.
• Assist in executing the APAC Product Roadmap.
• Support Product Managers in developing business cases for changes to product offerings or market delivery.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Communicate updates and developments to APAC teams.
• Provide training, workshops, and project support to APAC stakeholders as required.

Skills and Experience:

• Understanding of the health and wellbeing market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong technical knowledge of apps and portals.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualification in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Previous product experience is highly regarded but not essential.
