Solutions and Network Expansion Manager Location: UK Reports To: Vice President Global Network Expansion Department: We are looking for a senior manager with experience in networks, payments platforms and used to be focus in projects and in customer engagement. It will be responsible of coordinating and developing new capabilities in existing networks, especially UK, proposing internally and with customers new products to be offered and coordinate teams to execute those. Also it will support the network expansion team to enlarge network capabilities in new countries. Key responsibilities

  • Support sales teams to promote new capabilities at the Network specially in the UK (deposits, payments, etc). It requires product/services governance.
  • Engage with customers in collaboration with sales team how to leverage our network and include more Fis.
  • Define our Network products at international level
  • Work with suppliers in order to consolidate new product solutions
  • Supervise and manage networks P&L in order to identify challenges from revenue and cost

point of view.

  • Support network expansion team in order to stablish new networks in different countries
  • Supervise Marketing activities at the network (web page, ATM finder, etc)
  • Required to travel. Visiting customers and suppliers.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Personal Attributes Required

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales or operations (preferably in Payments (ATM or POS), also cash ecosystem in general).
  • Knowledge about payment fees, international and domestic schemes and payments regulation.
  • Effective influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and analyse financial data - budgets, P&L etc.
  • Advanced Excel and Power Point skills.
  • Effective communication skills - written and verbal including presentation skills.
  • English fluent speaker. Other European languages are highly appreciated.
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Based in UK
