• Create and publish engaging content across TekSynap social channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), including short-form video, photos, and graphics.
• Support day-to-day social media management: drafting posts, scheduling, community engagement, and basic reporting.
• Design digital assets (flyers, social tiles, banners, basic animations) aligned to brand standards.
• Assist with video editing for recruiting/brand storytelling content (shorts/reels, event clips, employee spotlights).
• Help maintain an organized content library (file naming/version control, asset tagging, reusable templates).
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Recruiting, and internal teams to turn “mission/technical” concepts into clear, audience-friendly messaging (social, web, internal comms).
• Support campaign execution (content calendars, simple A/B tests, audience targeting recommendations, and performance takeaways).
• Assist with light website/careers-support tasks as needed (content updates, graphics, and coordination with the web team), consistent with how TekSynap marketing postings are typically structured.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience creating marketing content for real audiences (personal brand, small business, school orgs, creator channels, etc.).
• Comfortable producing assets using lightweight tools (e.g., Canva) and editing video using mobile/desktop apps.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail (spelling/grammar, brand tone, and visual consistency).
• Self-starter mindset: able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Interest in learning modern marketing practices (content strategy, analytics, SEO basics, and marketing technology).
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate brainstorming/drafting (with an understanding that outputs must be reviewed and refined).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple social platforms and tailoring content per channel.
• Basic familiarity with analytics/reporting (platform insights, GA4 awareness, or simple KPI tracking).
• Photo/video capture skills (composition, lighting fundamentals) and a portfolio or examples of work.
• Interest in sales enablement, recruiting marketing, or employer brand content.
• Familiarity with GovCon environments (accuracy, professionalism, and process discipline).
