While certain points of contact in the hiring process will be Finastra staff, the successful candidate will be employed within the Teciem business and will carry out their role solely for Teciem. The Work We Do Teciem designs, builds, and delivers treasury and capital markets software solutions for financial institutions worldwide. We serve banks of every size and geography, offering the right setup for the right need. Our solutions are designed to replace multiple disconnected systems with one complete, front-to-back platform, helping customers to capture trading and business opportunities quickly, clearly and with control. We cover the entire trading lifecycle, ensuring that everything - from execution to position keeping, to risk management – runs smoothly. With decades of experience and one of the largest, most diverse client bases in the industry, we turn deep industry knowledge into software that covers most asset classes, meets complex real-world treasury and capital market's needs, and adapts as markets evolve. Role Summary We’re looking for a hands-on Web and SEO lead to own our public facing website end-to-end. This includes taking full ownership of the technical stack, delivery, optimization, and quality of our website experience. This role sits at the intersection of dev, content, UX, SEO, and digital execution - ensuring our website is accurate, performant, on-brand, and continuously improving. You’ll be the person who makes things live properly, spots what’s not working, and raises the bar every week. We want someone with deep organic search expertise, and technical fluency (coding/AI tools), and a desire to own the website like its own product The impact you’ll have Take full ownership of our website, including ongoing web maintenance — stewarding the health of the repository, including its structure, CMS integrity and security posture (pen tests)
- Test and QA pages across devices, browsers, and breakpoints.
- Follow front‑end best practices for maintainability, accessibility, and performance.
- Build and maintain front‑end components using HTML, CSS / SCSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Translate Figma designs into accurate, accessible, and high‑quality web pages.
- Ensure cross‑browser compatibility, accessibility standards, and basic web performance best practices are met.
- Support SEO through strong on-page execution: metadata, headings, internal linking, page hierarchy
- Ensure pages are structured, tagged, and published in line with brand, UX, accessibility, and SEO best practices
- Own day-to-day website content management across our core site
- Build, update, and optimize landing pages and content using our CMS
- Partner with Content, Product Marketing, Design, Legal, and SEO to deliver new pages and campaigns
- Apply content, legal, and regulatory updates accurately and at pace
- Assist with tagging, cookies, consent management, and basic event tracking validation.
- Monitor site performance (traffic, engagement, conversion) and identify optimization opportunities
- Act as a guardian of consistency, usability, and clarity across the website
Core ExperienceWhat we’re looking for
- You are comfortable owning the end-to-end process.
- You have strong full stack skills (including front end – JavaScript, HTML etc )
- You care about craft – especially polish and user experience
- You have 2–4 years’ experience managing website
- You have a strong understanding of content publishing workflows and web best practices
- You have experience in building and optimizing landing pages
- You are comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, design, product, and legal teams
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
SEO & optimization Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page SEO, site structure, accessibility)
- Strong understanding of site architecture, internal linking, crawl and indexation
- Confident with performance, Core Web Vitals, page speed, JS rendering
- Experienced with structured data and schema
- Comfortable with crawlers, log file analysis and rendering tools
- Demonstrable use of AI in your technical SEO workflow
