We are seeking a Personal Assistant for a businesswoman, Dr from New York. We seek a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support managing business and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, fluency in Russian, and strong proficiency in English. This role requires a versatile individual who can handle a variety of responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedule, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence (emails, phone calls) in Russian and English.
  • Conduct thorough research on various topics related to her medical practice, market trends, and personal interests, providing concise summaries and insights.
  • Create, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Word and other software tools.
  • Assist in managing projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Provide support with personal,family tasks, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Utilize advanced computer skills to manage files and databases, troubleshoot minor IT issues, and ensure efficient use of technology in daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Russian and proficient in English (written and verbal).
  • Do not take things personally, and demonstrate professionalism in communication with the Manager.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly self-learn new software and tools.
  • Advanced skills in SMM and digital marketing tools.
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role preferred, especially in supporting healthcare professionals or entrepreneurs.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to tasks.

Working hours 

  • Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm New York time zone.

Compensation:

  • The hourly rate will be discussed during the interview and will depend on your experience. Payments will be made monthly or twice a month in USD.
