Learn more at tandemdiabetes.com General SummaryA DAY IN THE LIFE: The Senior Marketing Manager is a strategic and executional leader responsible for developing and managing integrated communications, campaigns and initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and commercial growth across multiple channels. With overall responsibility for the marketing and clinical education teams including direct reports in respective departments. This role serves as the primary interface between marketing, sales, product, and external partners to deliver high-impact initiatives. The Senior Marketing Manager will also lead campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis across multiple channels with a specific focus on Product pipeline, HCP and Clinical Education. Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Owns and drives the go-to-market strategy for product and brand campaigns and new market launches
  • Assumes overall direct management responsibility and strategic leadership for marketing team & clinical education team within the respective channels.
  • Drives marketing activities for HCP Channel including Clinical & Education
  • Collaborates with commercial management team to educate and influence KOL and Rising Star customer groups leading to advocacy for Tandem portfolio
  • Leads clinical education and sets the strategy for UK programs
  • Responsible for establishing, driving, and executing the strategic direction and related initiatives of assigned product lines and HCP channel
  • Develops and executes launch plans, including supporting sales enablement tools, promotional campaigns, training materials & customer education.
  • Partners with channel marketing, field teams and market access to align marketing strategy with broader business goals.
  • Supports post-launch product lifecycle planning.
  • Influences the product development process and is responsible for managing relationships and proactive contact with Tandem International Product Marketing Teams
  • Acts as internal and external champion of assigned product lines and HCP Channel
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Proven marketing leadership and people manager
  • Strong grasp of marketing tactics: campaign planning, performance marketing, content strategy, analytics, and automation.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or regulated industries preferred.

Minimum Certifications/Educational Level BS/BA degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field. Minimum Experience Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or related roles.
