Performance Marketing Specialist

100% Remote. $90-110k + up to 50% Bonus

Talked is an online mental health platform that’s helped over 25,000 Australians access therapy. We’re a small, ambitious team making a big impact on the future of digital mental health. Recently named one of Australia’s fastest-growing startups by the AFR, we’re now entering our next stage of growth.

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our digital marketing efforts across Google Ads, Meta and other emerging channels. You’ll work directly with the founders, have the autonomy to test ideas and the resources to scale what works.

What you’ll do

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across multiple platforms
• Manage budgets, track ROI, and report on performance
• Track and improve acquisition metrics (CAC, CTR, ROAS) daily
• Experiment with new growth channels and creative strategies
• Collaborate with the team to turn ideas into measurable results
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity and opportunities

What we’re looking for

• Proven track record in running high-performing paid campaigns
• 3 years of performance marketing experience in a startup
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment, constantly seeking ways to optimise and automate for better results
• Comfortable creating ads yourself or working with a designer to quickly test and iterate new creatives
