2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Marketing Specialist role supports marketing and go-to-market activities for the housing and mortgage market. This position is responsible for implementing programs that bring data, analytics, and solutions to market, contributing to the organization''s ability to engage customers and support sales efforts effectively.
3. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute positioning, messaging, content, and go-to-market activities for mortgage and housing solutions.
- Create and update presentations, product sheets, case studies, emails, web content, and other marketing materials.
- Execute multi-channel marketing programs across digital, email, content, events, webinars, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales stakeholders to develop resources that assist sales teams in communicating solution value.
- Translate technical concepts such as data, analytics, AI, and automation into accessible marketing content.
- Support planning, promotion, execution, and follow-up of industry events and webinars.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, reviews, and approvals to ensure progress of marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and other teams to coordinate marketing activities.
4. Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, campaign marketing, content marketing, or related areas.
- Proven experience supporting and executing marketing campaigns and go-to-market initiatives.
- Skilled in developing marketing and sales materials including presentations, product sheets, emails, case studies, and web content.
- Strong collaborative skills with ability to partner effectively across teams.
- Interest in learning about the mortgage and housing market, data and analytics, and emerging technologies.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Salary range: $82,644 to $143,249 yearly.
- Compensation reflects factors including work location, skills, experience, and education.
- Eligibility for variable pay opportunity.
