2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Associate, Product Marketing role focuses on driving product marketing efforts for venue management and front-of-house systems. This position is central to shaping product development, go-to-market strategies, and adoption through cross-functional collaboration and customer insights. The role ensures that customer perspectives inform product life cycles and supports the organization in expanding platform usage.
3. Responsibilities:
- Build business cases for new product and feature development in the venue management area.
- Refine product requirements based on customer and business needs using data and client metrics.
- Collect and analyze market feedback and industry trends to inform product roadmaps.
- Develop and implement growth plans to increase client adoption of venue management products.
- Manage beta testing to support successful product launches and market fit.
- Collaborate across Product, Enablement, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to execute go-to-market strategies.
- Work with Brand, Growth, and Customer Marketing teams to create integrated campaigns encouraging platform usage.
- Lead the go-to-market process alongside the broader Product Marketing team.
- Coordinate internal communication to involve key stakeholders appropriately.
- Create engaging product content and narratives related to the products.
- Monitor competitive intelligence and market trends to inform ongoing campaigns.
- Engage with stakeholders to secure support for product initiatives and set clear goals.
4. Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of B2B product marketing experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally and with clients, including setting expectations and delivering solutions.
- Ability to quickly understand client domains and identify relevant trends and opportunities.
- Curiosity and creative thinking with focus on continuous improvement.
- Hospitality industry experience or knowledge is preferred but not required.
- Experience with email and retention marketing is a plus.
- Openness to testing new approaches and learning from outcomes.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado, is $95,200—$140,000 USD.
- Compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and work location.
