Job Title: Omnichannel Marketing Consultant

Location: Remote (U.S. based candidates only; occasional travel required)

Position Type: Direct Hire

TalentFish is seeking an experienced Omnichannel Marketing Consultant to support digital marketing initiatives within the life sciences industry. This role focuses on helping pharma and biotech organizations develop, execute, optimize, and measure omnichannel commercial programs across DTC, HCP, payer, patient, and sales audiences.

This is a highly visible, client-facing role requiring a balance of strategic consulting, operational execution, analytics, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable advising executive leadership, collaborating with agencies and vendors, and rolling up their sleeves to support campaign execution and performance optimization.

What You Bring

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience, including significant experience within pharma, biotech, healthcare, or life sciences environments
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proven ability to operate both strategically and hands-on within complex marketing organizations
  • Experience developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies across DTC, HCP, payer, and/or patient audiences
  • Strong hands-on experience with enterprise martech/adtech platforms, including technologies such as:
  • Adobe Experience Cloud
  • Veeva CRM / PromoMats
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Google Ads & Google Analytics
  • Marketo
  • CDPs, DSPs, and audience platforms
  • Data platforms including Snowflake, Databricks, Fabric, etc.
  • Data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
  • Experience with healthcare-specific digital channels and platforms such as Doximity, Medscape, ePocrates, and Veeva Approved Email
  • Strong understanding of healthcare marketing regulations and compliance requirements, including:
  • FDA / OPDP
  • HIPAA
  • PhRMA guidelines
  • Strong understanding of campaign KPIs, attribution models, analytics, and performance measurement methodologies
  • Experience working with CDPs, CRM platforms, and audience segmentation strategies within regulated industries
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
  • Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking capabilities
  • Collaborative and relationship-oriented approach with clients, agencies, and internal teams

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives within pharma or biotech organizations
  • Understanding of launch excellence frameworks and digital launch strategy
  • Prior consulting or agency experience supporting life sciences clients
  • Exposure to SQL and/or Python for campaign analysis and reporting
  • Experience with privacy-preserving analytics in healthcare environments

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to life sciences marketing and brand teams across omnichannel initiatives
  • Develop and support digital marketing strategies spanning paid media, CRM/email, web, social, and emerging channels
  • Translate business objectives into measurable campaign plans with clear KPIs and reporting frameworks
  • Partner with agency teams and technology vendors to launch, optimize, and manage campaigns across platforms
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations using reporting platforms, visualization tools, and marketing data environments
  • Support campaign execution across complex marketing technology ecosystems
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements related to campaign execution and reporting
  • Create executive-level presentations, campaign performance reports, and strategic roadmaps
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and agency partners
  • Help design and implement scalable digital marketing capabilities using both existing and emerging technologies

Compensation & Additional Information

The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 - $140,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Comprehensive benefits include medical coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.

Strong candidates with highly relevant experience above the posted range may still be considered.

This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

In select situations, the opportunity may begin in a contract-to-hire capacity depending on team fit and business needs.
