Field Marketing Manager – APACLocation: Remote - Sydney highly preferred (Melbourne/Brisbane considered)

Salary: $130-140k Base + Super

Our client, a high-growth funded Construction technology company is hiring a Field Marketing Manager to lead pipeline generation and market presence across ANZ, with expansion into Southeast Asia.

What you’ll do:

• Drive pipeline through events, executive roundtables, and targeted campaigns
• Build strong brand presence across construction, infrastructure & asset management sectors
• Partner closely with sales on enablement, content, and deal progression
• Own the full funnel, from awareness to revenue impact
• Track and optimise performance across pipeline, ROI, and campaign effectiveness

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with field marketing ownership
• Proven experience driving pipeline (not just running events)
• Strong commercial mindset and comfort in technical industries
• Ability to operate autonomously and manage end-to-end programmes
• Experience with tools like HubSpot & Salesforce
