📋 We’re Hiring: Account Executive

📍 Location: Australia (Remote)

We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building relationships, closing deals, and delivering value-driven solutions to clients.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and client meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
  • Collaborate with BDRs, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts in CRM systems
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

✅ Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Based in Australia with full working rights

  • Experience in B2B or SaaS sales environments
  • Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling)
  • Experience handling enterprise or complex sales cycles
  • Background in fast-paced or startup environments
