We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building relationships, closing deals, and delivering value-driven solutions to clients.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and client meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
- Collaborate with BDRs, marketing, and customer success teams
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts in CRM systems
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
✅ Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Based in Australia with full working rights

- Experience in B2B or SaaS sales environments
- Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling)
- Experience handling enterprise or complex sales cycles
- Background in fast-paced or startup environments
