Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Growth Hacker. The Growth Hacker will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities, analyzing web traffic, optimizing conversion rates, and developing effective marketing strategies. The role involves day-to-day tasks of monitoring key performance metrics, conducting experiments to improve conversions, and implementing scalable marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Skills in Growth Hacking, Web Analytics, and Conversion Optimization
• Experience in Marketing and developing Marketing Strategies
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and metric tracking
• Excellent problem-solving skills and innovative thinking ability
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Previous experience in a tech/startup environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
