Role Description – Associate Tech Virtual Assistant

We’re expanding our associate network and seeking experienced Tech VAs to join us in a freelance capacity. This is a remote role, ideal for established Virtual Assistants who bring a blend of technical know-how and traditional VA excellence.

You’ll support our clients with:

• Occasional admin support (calendar, inbox, client comms)
• CRM support: Funnels, automation, and integrations
• Digital product/course setup
• Workflow creation, onboarding systems, and backend admin
• Email marketing campaigns and list setup (MailerLite, ConvertKit, Flodesk)
• Website edits (Wix, WordPress, Squarespace)

Essential Requirements

• At least 3 years of VA experience, with references or LinkedIn recommendations to support this
• You’ll have experience with some or all of the following: HighLevel (GHL), ThriveCart, Dubsado, Podia, Kartra, MailerLite, and similar platforms.
• Tech-friendly mindset with a can-do, problem-solving approach
• Excellent communication and professional client-facing skills
• Available from 10+ hours per month, with flexibility to take on projects as needed
• Strong organisational skills, able to manage deadlines, and deliver clear results
• You should have experience using Asana, Clockify, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office as part of your day-to-day support.
