About The Company Gifthealth is a forward-thinking healthcare technology company dedicated to transforming the patient experience by streamlining prescription management and healthcare services. Our mission is to deliver a seamless, personalized, and efficient healthcare journey for our customers, leveraging innovative solutions and a customer-centric approach. As a dynamic organization, Gifthealth prides itself on fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, continuous improvement, and impactful contributions to the healthcare industry. Our commitment to making a positive difference in people's lives drives us to develop cutting-edge platforms and services that simplify healthcare access and administration across diverse populations. About The Role The Marketing & Events Specialist at Gifthealth plays a vital role in orchestrating the company's annual conference and events program, particularly within the gastroenterology and pharmaceutical manufacturing sectors. Reporting directly to the Marketing & Brand Manager, this role involves managing the full lifecycle of event planning—from conceptualization and logistics to execution and post-event analysis. The specialist is responsible for coordinating vendor relationships, overseeing sponsorship dashboards, and ensuring alignment with sales and commercial teams to maximize event impact. Additionally, this role drives the social media presence related to events, develops thought leadership content, and amplifies the company's brand voice across digital channels, especially LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver memorable attendee experiences, ensure operational excellence, and uphold compliance standards, all while supporting the organization’s strategic growth objectives. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (Required)
  • Formal training or coursework in project management, digital marketing, or event management (Preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in event planning, marketing, social media, or a closely related role (Required)
  • Experience supporting operational processes in high-growth or scaling organizations (Preferred)
  • Experience in agency work, healthcare, pharma, or B2B commercial environments (Preferred)
  • Proficiency with social media scheduling or analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Agorapulse (Required)
  • Experience building and maintaining conference sponsorship dashboards (Preferred)
  • Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot for attendee and pipeline coordination (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of end-to-end event planning, conference logistics, and sponsorship management (Required)
  • Strong project management and multi-tasking skills (Required)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills (Required)
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools (Required)
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute comprehensive end-to-end events, managing logistics, timelines, vendors, budgets, and on-site coordination to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Manage conference sponsorships, including evaluation, negotiation, fulfillment tracking, and ROI measurement through dashboards and detailed reporting.
  • Maintain the events calendar and pipeline, providing visibility into upcoming events, deadlines, dependencies, and resource needs across teams.
  • Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to align event strategies with pipeline goals, target accounts, and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Drive social media campaigns and content promotion before, during, and after events to maximize audience engagement and brand visibility.
  • Coordinate pre-event marketing assets, including messaging, collateral, booth materials, and content distribution strategies.
  • Conduct post-event reviews, analyze performance metrics, and generate insights to inform future event planning and marketing strategies.
  • Develop thought leadership content for company channels, enhancing brand authority and attendee engagement on platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Manage vendor relationships and stakeholder communications to ensure seamless event execution and sponsorship fulfillment.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
  • Comprehensive health insurance plans including medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Flexible work arrangements including remote, on-site, or hybrid options
  • Paid time off and holiday leave
  • Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning
  • Inclusive and diverse work environment that values innovation and collaboration
