The role

You’ll sit at the intersection of content and revenue, building systems that convert attention into leads, subscribers and customers.

You’ll work closely with the founder and content team to maximise the commercial impact of all content output.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimise lead capture funnels
• Own newsletter strategy and weekly sends
• Write and optimise email sequences
• Drive conversion from LinkedIn and Twitter
• Test offers, CTAs and lead magnets
• Track conversion rates and key metrics

What success looks like

• Growth in qualified leads
• Improved conversion rates
• Strong email audience growth

What we’re looking for

• Experience in lead generation or growth marketing
• Strong understanding of content conversion
• Commercial mindset
• Interest in entrepreneurship
