Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Copywriter to join our team. As our Email Marketing Copywriter, you will play a crucial role in crafting persuasive and engaging email content for our clients' partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tailored Email Copywriting: Craft compelling email content that captures the essence of our clients' partners' brands and messages, engaging target audiences with persuasive and relatable copy.
2. Content Personalization and Strategy: Develop personalized content strategies based on deep insights into audience preferences and behaviors, ensuring each email speaks directly to the recipient's interests and needs.
3. Campaign Optimization: Refine email elements such as headlines, body text, and calls-to-action through A/B testing and analysis, continuously optimizing for higher engagement and conversion rates.
4. Audience Segmentation: Utilize advanced segmentation techniques to categorize email lists into distinct groups based on demographics, purchasing history, engagement levels, and other relevant criteria, enabling highly targeted and effective messaging.
5. Design Collaboration: Work closely with design teams to ensure visual elements complement and enhance email copy, resulting in cohesive and attractive campaigns.
6. Stay Current with Industry Trends: Continuously educate yourself on the latest email marketing trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating new insights and technologies to keep our clients' partners ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in email marketing copywriting
• Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Ability to adapt writing style to different brands and target audiences
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and technologies
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Work Arrangement

• Contract position
• Must be based in Australia
• Flexible schedule with a set amount of tasks to be completed each month

Compensation

• 2-3k per month based on experience and workload.
