Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain custom dashboards in Looker Studio using GA4 and Search Console data
- Analyze and report on digital marketing KPIs: traffic, conversions, and campaign effectiveness (weekly/monthly cadence)
- Plan and execute PPC campaigns with a focus on Google Performance Max strategies
- Set up and manage conversion tracking in Google Tag Manager and optimize campaigns for lead generation and ROI
- Perform keyword research, technical audits, and on-page SEO optimizations using SEMrush and Search Console
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile listings for clients
- Conduct client-facing analytics reviews on a scheduled basis
- Collaborate with SEO, content, design, and development teams
- Use AI tools to streamline reporting, generate insights, and support automation
- Support basic CRO initiatives, including landing page performance improvements in collaboration with design and development
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on PPC, SEO, and analytics
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and Search Console
- Required experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including Performance Max
- Proven results in PPC optimization and SEO growth strategies
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing reporting and consultation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with WordPress, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools is a plus
- Google Ads or Google Analytics certification preferred
- Previous agency or multi-client experience is highly desirable
Nice to Have
- Experience with healthcare PPC advertising campaigns
- Experience creating and optimizing landing pages using Elementor + WordPress
