Job Summary
This full-time role supports our sales pipeline through manual research, structured outreach, and accurate CRM data entry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and comfortable working toward clear, measurable KPIs — focused on the quality of their research, calls, and captured data. This role does not involve marketing automation, digital ad spend, or campaign tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manual Lead Research: Identify construction bid opportunities and relevant contacts through online tools, public databases, and internal lists.
- CRM Data Entry: Maintain accurate, complete lead records in the CRM with a focus on data integrity and consistency.
- Outbound Outreach: Make a targeted number of weekly outbound calls to gather information, ask qualifying questions, and capture structured responses.
- KPI-Based Performance: Achieve weekly targets for call volume, data quality, and lead completeness — no sales quotas involved.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the sales/business development team to refine lead profiles and support conversion readiness.
- Market Insight: Stay aware of construction industry activity and competitive movement to identify new lead opportunities.
- Process Improvement: Recommend enhancements to streamline research and data entry workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in lead generation, research, sales support, or inside sales roles.
- Proven experience in manual lead sourcing and CRM data entry (Salesforce or similar).
- Comfortable making outbound calls to gather business intelligence and contact information.
- Highly organized and reliable, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-directed work style.
