Freelance Regional Marketing Consultant – Germany

StaticJoe is a global creative studio helping world-class brands activate bold campaigns through motion, design, and creative project management. With that, we're going in new areas and in search of a local marketing expert to join us.

We’re looking for a freelance German-speaking marketing consultant to support our client’s campaigns in Germany. You’ll act as a regional point of contact/liaison between our studio, our client, and their vendors - helping onboard agency partners to brand systems, troubleshoot asset use, and ensure everything aligns with German cultural and marketing expectations.

What You’ll Do

• Help agencies/vendors understand and apply brand/campaign systems

• Spot brand inconsistencies in design, tone, and localization

• Provide insight on cultural nuances in visual and messaging execution

• Relay questions, feedback, and guidance to our global team

• Review and assist with approving brand copy to localized translations

• Use Dropbox, Workfront, Teams, Slack, Loom and CRM software for collaboration

Commitment

• 10 hours/week minimum

• 16–20 hours/week during peak quarters

• Must be available during local German business hours

• 6-month contract, with possible extension to annual commitment

You’re a Fit If You

• Are fluent in German (spoken and written)

• Understand Germany’s marketing culture and consumer tone

• Have 3–5+ years in brand marketing, localization, or creative ops

• Have experience with cross-market brand execution

• Added bonus if you are located in Germany
