Senior Retention Strategist

The Role: Lead retention strategy and team development to drive player engagement, maximize revenue, and create unforgettable gaming experiences. What you will be doing:

• Lead and develop a team of Strategists and Junior Strategists, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management
• Design and execute comprehensive retention strategies including CRM campaigns, onsite communications, and cross-selling initiatives
• Plan and brief above and below-the-line promotional campaigns that drive player engagement and revenue growth
• Optimize monetization features using gamification principles and innovative mechanics to boost player lifetime value
• Analyse player behaviour to create personalized, data-driven campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, and in-game channels
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, product, and marketing teams to deliver compelling player experiences

What we are looking for:

• Proven CRM Experience in Casino or Social/Sweepstake casino within the entertainment or gaming industry
• Team management experience with a track record of developing and mentoring team members
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in player segmentation, lifecycle management, and A/B testing
• Technical proficiency with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and analytics software
• Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to innovate in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities with fluent English
