The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement across multiple channels. You will own the marketing function end-to-end β from strategy and planning to execution and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies across paid, organic, email, and social channels
- Build and manage content calendars aligned with product and business goals
- Create targeted campaigns for distinct audience segments (buyers, sellers, investors, renters, and agents)
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance β and optimize continuously
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to align marketing with platform growth
- Identify and capitalize on market trends, seasonal opportunities, and competitive positioning
- Manage and grow the brand's presence across digital platforms including App Store and Google Play ecosystems
What You Bring
- 3β6 years of proven experience in growth, performance, or brand marketing
- Must have prior experience in real estate, proptech, or a consumer marketplace platform β this is non-negotiable
- Deep understanding of the real estate buyer/seller/agent ecosystem and how to speak to each audience effectively
- Strong understanding of multi-audience marketing β crafting the right message for the right person at the right time
- Hands-on experience with paid ads (Meta, Google), email marketing platforms, SEO, and analytics tools
- Ability to work independently, take full ownership, and deliver without heavy oversight
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- U.S.-based with full professional availability in U.S. time zones
