Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead digital marketing strategy (paid + organic).
• Manage and optimize performance marketing across channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.).
• Build and oversee marketing funnels that attract, convert, and nurture leads.
• Monitor KPIs, generate insights, and refine tactics for continuous improvement.
• Stay current on trends, tools, and best practices—and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital marketing (preferably with experience in service-based or coaching businesses).
• Proven success managing digital campaigns and funnels from start to finish.
• Self-starter with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working remotely with autonomy and accountability.
