Growth Marketing Associate

Serena & Lily, a direct-to-consumer, luxury home furnishings company – is looking for a curious and proactive Growth Marketing Associate to join our dynamic in-house team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with meaningful experience in a fast-paced environment, ready to take on significant direct ownership and make a tangible impact. You'll have full visibility into our customers' omni-channel journey and work across a broad set of media programs.

Reporting directly to the Director of Growth Marketing, you'll be instrumental in supporting and growing Serena & Lily's digital marketing channels with a strong focus on acquisition and incrementality.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own Daily Execution & Optimization: Take charge of daily ad execution, testing, and optimization across key digital channels including Google, Bing, Meta, Pinterest, and more. This includes a deep familiarity with Google Shopping Ads and managing our complex SKU catalog.
- Drive Performance & Strategy: Analyze campaign performance, establish clear KPIs, and provide data-driven recommendations to the Director of Growth Marketing to enhance overall performance and boost share of search traffic and conversion.
- Budget Management: Be responsible for daily budget pacing, monitoring budget distribution, and ensuring optimal performance of paid ad campaigns.
- Campaign Analysis & Reporting: Own reporting dashboards and performance recaps, translating complex data into clear, actionable takeaways and insights.
- Expand Growth Media: Support the build-out of new growth media channels, including research and roadmap creation with key milestones for areas like Linear TV, Local advertising, and Out of Home.
- Testing & Innovation: Lead testing initiatives for messaging, creative, landing pages, and audience targeting to continuously improve results.
- Identify Opportunities: Proactively identify gaps or inefficiencies in the marketing funnel and collaborate on implementing effective solutions.
- Competitive & Industry Research: Stay ahead of the curve by researching the paid advertising competitive landscape and industry trends (e.g., AI, Feed Optimizations) to keep our program at the forefront.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise seamlessly with our Content, Social, eCommerce, Merchandising, and Customer Experience teams to execute cohesive 360 marketing campaigns and amplify our marketing reach.
- Ad Creative Submissions: Facilitate and manage ad creative request submissions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 3-4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with a proven track record of owning and managing at least one performance marketing channel. Experience in retail or at an agency is a strong plus.
- Deep Channel Expertise: Strong familiarity with Google Shopping Ads and managing complex SKU catalogs is essential. Experience with paid search (SEM), paid social (Meta, TikTok), affiliate, display, video, and search optimization (SEO) campaigns is highly valued.
- Analytical Prowess: Comfortable navigating and leveraging data from tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Sigma, Excel, Looker (comfort with SQL is a plus). You're intimately familiar with key performance metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Data-Driven Mindset: A strong analytical approach to problem-solving and a passion for uncovering insights from data.
- Self-Starter & Results-Oriented: You're naturally curious, proactive in problem-solving, and driven by achieving measurable results.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear, actionable insights for various stakeholders. You're an effective communicator with both internal and external parties and thrive in cross-functional team environments.
- Passion for the Brand: An interest in the home furnishings industry and a passion for the Serena & Lily brand and interior design is a plus!
COMPENSATION:
- $80-90k per year is the anticipated starting base pay for this role. This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this role. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: experience, education, and skills.
- Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance should they choose to participate in Serena & Lily’s benefits. Employees can enroll in our company’s 401k plan. During the first year of employment, full-time employees accrue twenty-one days of PTO and seven paid holidays throughout the year.
